Fibre rich barnyard millet flour (Udalu / Sanwa / Udhalu / Kuthiraivally / Oodhalu) is made from organic and unpolished barnyard rice, Black gram and Paddy rice by Nirvapate Agro PVT LTD under the brand 'Biokart'. This is also called As Samvat Ke Chawal in Hindi.

Barnyard Dosa Flour Mix is made with the below contents:
1) Barnyard Millet Rice
2) Black gram
3) Paddy Rice Flakes
Dosa Making Procedure:
1) Soak the flour for a minimum of 3 hours
2) After the soaking is done, mix the water and follow the Dosa making procedure.
